Rug Tufting Workshop - March 2023

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Join me, the owner of Habibi Bazaar, for this rug tufting workshop in Houston!  You will be creating your own custom 24x24 inch hand-tufted rug or wall hanging. This workshop may take up to 6 hours depending on each rug - please allocate your time appropriately. Once reserved, we will email you with details and instructions. 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

1. Safety and operating the tufting machines.

2. How to tuft, cut, and trim your tufted rug.

3. Backing and finishing methods.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

1. All the supplies needed to create your own tufted creation for the day: small frame, tufting cloth, acrylic yarn, tufting machine, and backing.

2. Snacks and drinks to keep you energized throughout the workshop. (BYOB)

3. Supervision and one on one’s throughout the whole session.
