All sales of fiber art, rug tufting materials, and related supplies are final. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the situation.
