Workshop FAQ

1. How long are the workshops? Workshops may take up to 4 hours depending on size and complexity of your design.

 

2. How are designs chosen? You select your own design! All designs must fit our design guidelines, which will be sent to you after booking. You will have 24 hours after booking to submit your images, otherwise we will select an image for you.

 

3. How big will my rug be? We have two different size frames available: 20x20 inch and 30x30 inch frames. Images will be made as big as possible to fit the frame.

 

4. Can I cancel or reschedule? All reservations are final - refunds not permitted. If you would like to reschedule, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance in order to fill your spot. Rescheduling may be subject to a $75 fee. Our classes are in high demand and we have a small studio capacity.

 

5. When will my rug be completed? Your rug will be ready within 5-14 business days. We apply glue and backing for you, as well as shave your rug to perfection. Please allow us enough time to complete this. 

 

6. Can you ship my rug? Yes, we offer shipping at a discounted rate and shipments will go out once a week!

 

7. Can two people work on one rug? Two people can work on one rug only on Wednesday-Friday workshops. Due to studio capacity, we do not allow two people on one rug on weekend workshops.

 

8. What are the age requirements? The minimum age without a guardian is 15+ years old. The minimum age with a guardian is 11+ years old. Due to using a tufting machine, we ask that there be a guardians for each child under 15 years old.
