Shipping policy

Rugs and clothing are custom made and made to order. Please allow us up to 7-14 days to process your order. Items will be shipped first class, unless otherwise specified, and we provide all packages with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

 

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, custom changes, and handling fees should they refuse to accept parcel due to import duties or taxes. We cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift. We are not responsible for any post office delays or delays due to customs clearance. Please keep in mind that postal services could be delayed due to COVID-19. This is applicable to all online purchases on habibibazaar.com.
