Join us for Listen & Create, a special book-inspired rug tufting workshop by Habibi Bazaar and Book Swap hosted by Wale (@theehottgirlbooks), a Houston-based therapist and book enthusiast.
Rug tufting guests will choose from 4 pre-selected book-inspired rug designs and create their own 16x16 inch rug while listening to their favorite audiobook (BYOA). 🎧
Please note: Book swap guests will have access to the swap with a $10 in-person donation with a 3 book limit per person.

Rug Pickup:
After class, our team professionally finishes your rug with backing, trimming, and shaving. Rugs are typically ready within 3-4 weeks

About Our Workshops...
What is Included
All the supplies needed to create your hand-tufted artisanal rug: tufting machines, frames, cloth, and unlimited selections of our wide range of yarn colors. Finishing service done by us: gluing, shaving, and backing your rug!
What to Bring
Our workshops are BYOB and bring your favorite snacks! We have a lounge area where you can take a short break to refuel. Refreshments included: coffee, tea, and water to stay hydrated.
